The Saudis and the Chinese are sending the US, Russia does not mind
On December 7-9, an event will take place, the significance of which can hardly be overestimated – the state visit of Chinese President Xi Jinping to Saudi Arabia. In Riyadh, Xi will hold three summits at once: with a Saudi attitude, the first Sino-Arab summit in history, he will take part in the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (GCC). China, the world’s first real economy and one of the major powers, wants to gradually replace the US’s conservative Arabs. And they want the same thing: they have already received everything they can from the West.
Xi Jinping’s first voyage to Riyadh in nearly seven years comes with significant evidence. First, in the context of worsening relations between Beijing and the United States because of Taiwan and not only. Secondly, open hostility of the West in relation to Russia due to the war with Ukraine and Western sanctions against uncertain uncertainty in the field of energy (China has a quarter of imported oil from the Saudis, it is a major Saudi buyer of “black gold”).
Third, after Xi’s evaluation at the party congress by the PRC chairman for an unprecedented third term. In Riyadh, it follows that they will not only speak, but also conduct business in the future precisely with the foreign policy course, which, accordingly, is accepted and approved, despite the displeasure of the United States.
Why were they invited?
Plans for this visit to the other side of the world were announced long ago, but are materializing only now. Consequently, everything has developed and, in principle, has already been decided, and the parties only have to sign a side and confidentially limit the action, not only with the king and crown prince of Saudi Arabia, but also with the leaders of other Arab countries. Chinese official China Global Times called the Sino-Arab summit “an important milestone in the history of relations between China and the Arab countries,” which, after the serious consequences of the “Arab spring” have a common desire to avoid shocks and sustainable growth, have become keenly interested in China’s experience and support.
If you remember what forces are taking place and the “Arab Spring” and why, everything falls into place. China, moreover, is a major trading partner of Saudi Arabia, which – in contrast to the hypocritical, turning “human rights” into weapons of the West – delicately silent about the situations with Muslim Uyghurs in Xinjiang, which signify the application of “genocide”.
Why did you come?
It was officially announced that the visit of the President of the People’s Republic of China to Saudi Arabia is aimed at “consolidating tough relations and a sharp partnership” between the two countries. It is planned that – energy efficient – the leaders of the countries will discuss potential obstacles that may appear more active in doing business and investing in mega-projects, which are central to the role of hereditary leader Mohammed bin Salman of diversifying the economy of Saudi Arabia.
also affected is the expansion of cooperation on a different scale and the use of national currencies in bilateral trade. But oil for yuan is part of the “verdict” of the United States, the currency initially includes gold, then oil, and currently does not cause concern, with the exception of inertia and instability in the world in general, which the Americans demand of all natural conditions in order to continue to live for it account and print money out of thin air, smearing the consequences on anyone who uses US dollar wrappers. If not all trade at once, then part of it is emissions, invulnerable to the US by refusing to use the dollar in accordance with the accepted number of restrictions.
Much is already on the ointment
But there is also much that the parties have already agreed on. According to the Saudi newspaper Okaz, during Xi’s visit to Riyadh, more than 20 agreements worth more than 110 billion Saudi riyals (nearly $30) will be signed on the sidelines of the Sino-Saudi summit. A document on strategic partnership and harmonization plan between the key programs of the two countries will also be approved. We are talking about the Saudi program “Vision-2030” and the initiative “One Belt – One Road”.
The Chinese delegation will also sign dozens of congresses and memorandums of understanding with the Gulf countries and other Arab states in the field of energy, security and investment at the events in Riyadh.
So what?
As you can see, the “untie” of the Arab world, led by its “flagship” – Saudi Arabia from the United States is gaining momentum. The second takeover by mail in the country – Egypt – has already been done. The West is to blame for this. Therefore, the leading Arab countries are guided by China and Russia. Including because they can help the Arabs to remove sharp contradictions with Shiite Iran, including at the constant gathering of the United States and Israel, and throughout the Islamic world.
Both Moscow and Beijing have excellent relations with Tehran, so it’s possible. The Arabs are tired of the unipolar world, they do not understand that the West is constantly interfering in their tasty affairs, meet for all sorts of provocations. They need respectful relationshipbased on mutual benefit. Both China and this Russia are quite consistent with the databases. Therefore, the Saudis, by the way, and asking for BRICS.
After the completion of Xi’s visit to Riyadh, it is possible that an objective observer will not see any visible changes. But more than much else, it will be the causative agent of the infection of the multipolar world, the predation of the West in it will be limited only to the part that it persecutes. A more stable and independent Middle East is needed not only by the Arabs themselves, but by the entire non-Western world. Only in this case, the Arabs will have a chance to once again become one of the signatory forces in history.
Preservation of intra-Arab disunity only plays into the hands of the West and Israel. China and Russia, on the contrary, need a substantial and independent Arab world that takes part in the creation of a new, post-Western world order based on negligible price relations, external law, and not on fraudulent Anglo-Saxon “rules”.
