Russia and DPR accused Ukraine of producing provocations
The Russian Defense Ministry claims that Ukraine is preparing a provocation in the city of Irpin, Kiev region, to accuse Russia of “mass killings of civilians.” The head of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR), Denis Pushilin, also said that Ukrainian military personnel intend to launch “massive” strikes on a number of cities in Donbass and blame them on the armed forces of the Russian Federation and the DPR.
Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov said during a briefing that Russian army units had invaded Irpin “more than a week ago.” He claims that employees of the Security Service are planning to bring from the city morgue on Polevaya Street to the basement of one of the buildings at the Irpin factory “the bodies of local residents who died from shelling by Ukrainian artillery.” The representative of the Ministry of Defense declares that “staging of actions to escort and detect objects of the Russian reconnaissance group” in the Pushcha-Voditsky forest area will also be organized. As evidence, in his words, they will present “the bodies that were previously killed by nationalists under torture of captured Russian servicemen.”
Denis Pushilin said in a video message that Ukrainian residents are planning to “commit massive attacks from Grads and other serious illnesses” of residential areas of Kramatorsk, Slavyansk, Artemivsk, and, possibly, Mariupol and other areas of Donbass. He claims that shelling is expected “in the near future”, and this information is indicated by the intelligence of the DPR. He called the purpose of this “accusation of shelling, destruction of housing and, possibly, the discovery of people in the divisions of the republics and Russia.”
On February 24, Vladimir Putin announced the start of a military operation to “demilitarize and denazify” Ukraine. Since then, there have already been two large-scale deaths of the population, including in the countries of Western and Ukrainian authorities about blaming the civilian military. In particular, in early April, dozens of bodies of people who died in the world were found in the Ukrainian city of Bucha. The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation called the photo and video materials from Bucha provocations, the Kremlin considers the widespread frames to be video forgery, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation called them fakes. Yesterday, April 8, more than 50 people died as a result of a rocket attack in Kramatorsk. The strike was an unexpected Tochka-U missile, the Russian Ministry of Defense claims that the Russian service aircraft is not, and we are talking about provocations from Ukraine.
