Is back. Peñáz topped up the Brazilian juice in Prague’s O2 arena
Peñaz won after two minutes and three seconds, when he knocked his opponent to the ground. “I really enjoyed the match at the O2 arena. People charge me up, they can really get me into the match and they transfer energy to me that gets me going,” Peňáz rejoiced at the press conference.
Procházka believes that the perception of MMA will rise even further. He will start rehabilitation in January
Dos Santos may have wanted to measure himself against the Brno ranar vi, but he soon made a mistake. “I was surprised that he started boxing. I expected him to try it on the ground right away. In the beginning, we even clashed twice during the strike, I gave the lead and he too, we hit each other with our hands,” described the 26-year-old Peňáz.
In the Okagon organization, he scored his seventh win in a row according to MMA rules and is also clear about another duel. In Bratislava, on April 29, he will face Slovak striker Vlastislav Čepo. Their fight was supposed to take place more than two years ago in the Underground project. But Peňáz, who indirectly accused the Slovak sok of helping himself with supporting substances, injured his hand then.
Since then, they have been exchanging long-distance text messages. “Certainly this match has some charge, moreover, it has been postponed for a long time, there are some comments going on. In the end, however, it doesn’t matter at all in the match, everyone will stick to their tactics, even if it will be interesting for the spectators,” explained Peňáz.
Čepo talked about the battle with the fighter from Brno at the beginning of December at Oktagon 37 in Ostrava, when he defeated the Italian veteran Giovanni Melillo by technical knockout. Money with the same juice won on points. “Vlasto beat a well-built fighter, whom I also beat, so he moved forward in the rankings, so our match gives head and heels. People want to see it, for me it’s an ideal fight,” said the representative of Hron gym and Gauna team Brno.
The case of the Czech star. Walking and doping? Bullying can end in a lawsuit
Jakub Dohnal also took part in Prague’s O2 arena, the Fight Club Brno fighter lost on points to Ahmed Vila from Bosnia and Herzegovina. “In the end we thought I won by strokes, but the only person I can be mad at is me. I know I could have shown much more. I’m a person who hates defeats, it’s hard for me to bear them and I have to sort it out in my head,” said Dohnal.
He mainly regretted the slow start. “The mistake was me, I sacrificed two months, three to four training sessions a day. We wanted to box so that I wouldn’t take unnecessary risks in his strongest side on the ground, but from the beginning he was bothering me and stopping kicks, which was really annoying. It took me a while to get going,” said Dohnal.
