V ptek reported about it on that server esk of justice with a leave of absence for Minister Blako’s visit. A criminal woman may be kept private until the hearing before the court. That’s why I filed a criminal complaint against the judge, who, in my view, broke this basic rule and thus violated not only the first sentence of women and other persons, but also could have confused the life of a criminal woman. If you don’t want me to be bn, the minister told the server Blake.
Dufek complied with the news from the MF DNES under the Freedom of Information Act, and sought court orders to search people’s homes. In addition to Hladek, she asked for visits from lawyer Filip Leder and businessman Michal Horkho.
The esk justice server also applied for a release to judge Dufek, but he rejected it, saying that he had provided the release to the Ministry of Justice. The server stated that, according to his information, the judge wrote in his judicial procedure for the ministry that, in view of the widespread media coverage of the case, there was essentially no reason not to provide anonymized warrants for the house search.
The criminal woman in the attack was fired. The people, their cases, were listed with the reasons of criminal charges and, according to judge Dufek, there was not even a risk of an endangered life. The judge justified the provided information in the general interest of their public, or if one of the people is public, otherwise the usual principles of privacy protection cannot be applied to them. According to judge Dufek, on the other hand, the public should first know about these people who they are suspicious of.
Police officers from the National Center against organized crime intervened in Brno on January 18, arresting ten people. They later released them. They accused seven people, the municipal court sent them all to custody on January 20. Among them is, for example, the former secretary of the Brno-sted town hall Radovan Novotn, entrepreneur Michal Hork, and now the former manager of the post office and the former municipal representative Ji Novotn (SSD) and Ji Haso (KDU-SL). Two companies are also accused, one of them is Ing-Czech.
All seven defendants filed a complaint against detention, but the regional court kept them in custody. According to some people, the case has two branches, one of them is an attempt to take control of the printing houses, the other is the privatization of town houses. According to two pieces of information, the Horkho policeman is considered by some to be the head of an organized criminal group.
