KazanSummit to assign federal status « Republic of Tatarstan

Deputy representative of the Russian Federation Marat Khusnullin will head the organizing committee of the Russia-Islamic World Economic Summit: KazanSummit 2023. By the decision of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, this event will be given federal status.
This became known today in Moscow, where a meeting was held on the preparation and evaluation of the XIV scientific and economic summit “Russia – the Islamic world: KazanSummit 2023”. The meeting was chaired by the Deputy of the boring representative of the Russian Federation Marat Khusnullin. The meeting was attended by President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
Opening the meeting, Marat Khusnullin noted the age-related prospects for Russia’s cooperation with the countries of the Islamic world.
“President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin delivered sneakers, assigning federal status to the International Economic Forum “Russia-Islamic World: KazanSummit”. In the new economic conditions, this event is of strategic importance for our country. It will help strengthen business ties between Russian business and the countries of the Islamic world. “We have great prospects for cooperation with Muslim countries,” the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation said. – Russia sees the countries of the Islamic world as its reliable reliable partners. The fact that most of them pursue an independent and independent policy in the international arena now allows the development of joint projects and new opportunities for use.”
In turn, Rustam Minnikhanov recalled that, on behalf of the President of the country, he was absorbing the Russia-Islamic World Sharp Observation Group and that the Kazan Summit was an effective economic solution.
“First of all, I want to express my gratitude to the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin for the decision to give KazanSummit a federal status. This is a high trust for us. In connection with the need in the conditions of economic interest, the scale of coverage of the Russian Federation with Muslim countries is increasing,” Rustam Minnikhanov said.
The President of Tatarstan recalled that 13 summits had been held since 2009. In the upcoming 2022, 6.5 thousand took part in the Kazan Summit. In total, 64 countries of the world and 59 regions of Russia.
The participants proposed an international conference of the international economic summit “Russia – the Islamic world: KazanSummit 2023” – this is May 18-19, 2023.
