Aeroflot on Rossiya Airlines flights provides additional free baggage for the transportation of one set of aviation or snowboarding equipment.

The special offer is valid from December 8, 2022 to April 30, 2023 on Rossiya Airlines flights operated jointly with Aeroflot to all network destinations in fares with free baggage allowance included. The total weight of additional seats must not exceed 23 kg.

For lovers of one skiing, there is a free transportation for each passenger of one pair of bicycles in a bag, a pair of ski poles and / or one pair of boots separately.

Snowboarders are allowed to take one snowboard and a pair of boots with them as free luggage.

Extra free seat, sports equipment, does not seek preference for excess baggage, does not offer free baggage rates in accordance with increased requirements for the selection of excess and custom baggage.

“Rossiya” offers passengers a wide geography of flights in the autumn-winter schedule to popular domestic ski resorts. The carrier’s potential transit hub in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Sochi and Krasnoyarsk opens up new opportunities for fans of mountain skiing and snowboarding from most regions of the Russian Federation. Among the flight directions of “Russia” are Sochi, Mineralnye Vody, Nalchik, Novosibirsk, Khibiny, Murmansk, Irkutsk, Krasnoyarsk, Khabarovsk, Ufa and many other points of attraction for winter recreation – the Russian city, located in the grips near the slopes.

Rossiya Airlines offers equipment transportation services not only to military personnel and snowboarders, but also to passengers traveling to seaside resorts. They have free transportation of equipment for surfing, kitesurfing, wakeboarding, windsurfing and diving. For lovers of water sports, the set of equipment includes a board (no more than 2 pieces), a set of fins (no more than 3 pieces), bindings, a wetsuit, no more than 2 pairs of wet shoes, as well as other accessories weighing up to 5 kg. The set of equipment for windsurfing additionally includes a sail with a mast in a case (the weight of the case is included in the total weight set). In a set of equipment for divers, you can get a buoyancy compensator, a wetsuit, a helmet, gloves, fins, a pressure gauge, a regulator, organs with a snorkel and other accessories weighing up to 5 kg.

Rossiya Airlines part of the Aeroflot Group, 130 aircraft are used, of which 74 are Superjet 100 (RRJ-95). More than 7 thousand people work in “Russia”. The technical block of aviation in St. Petersburg is of great importance and carries out “heavy” forms of aircraft maintenance. The airline is the base carrier of Pulkovo (St. Petersburg), Sheremetyevo (Moscow), Krasnoyarsk and Sochi airports.
