From September 1, 2022, extra-curricular lessons called “Conversations about the Important” are being held in all schools and colleges in Russia. All the most important aspects of the life of our country. Some lessons are devoted to important days of the calendar and outstanding personalities, others to Russia’s achievements in the world, states, wealth and multinationality. IA PrimaMedia expected readers to choosewhat topics of “Conversations about the important”, in their opinion, are the most interesting and relevant.
Thus, 20% of readers chose the topic “Our country is Russia”. In this lesson, schoolchildren are told about what Motherland is, they determine for each child what this word means personally for him, they talk about the nature of Russia and its wealth.
The second most common answer is “We are different, we are together” (18% of votes). The purpose of this lesson is to learn about the multinationality of our country, that the extent of the danger is familiar to the general public in different regions, to bring to the realization that it is very interesting and exciting to explore new things about your homeland, to travel around Russia.
The topic “Symbols of Russia” took third place in the reader’s rating with 12.8% of the votes. In this lesson, students got acquainted with the private symbols of the Russian Federation – the coat of arms, the anthem and the flag.
From 6% to 8% scored the topics “Conversations about the important”, dedicated to especially memorable dates – “Day of illness of people”, “Father’s Day”, “Mother’s Day”, “Music Day”, as well as “165th anniversary of the birth of K . E. Tsiolkovsky”.
From 3% to 6% of readers’ votes were received by the topics “Russia is the world leader in the nuclear industry”, “Teacher’s Day” and “National Unity Day”.
