State TV and Radio Company “Alania” | “All Russia-2022”: results of the Forum of Modern Journalism
This week Sochi hosted the All Russia-2022 Forum of Contemporary Journalism. More than media representatives participated, including from Donbass and Zaporizhia region. Summing up, the chairman of the UJR Vladimir Solovyov is sure that in the near future the unions of journalists of the republics of Donbass, Zaporozhye and the Kherson region will join the all-Russian association. One of the most massive participants in the conference of North Ossetia. Journalists are checked by diplomas.
The meeting place of “All Russia” cannot be changed. The resort city of Sochi has become a real Mecca for journalists. The 26th forum will enter modern journalism with a record number of participants. More media representatives from 70 regions of the country, as well as journalists from Belarus, Serbia, Kyrgyzstan, India. This year, there is a new addition to the journalistic family — representatives of the Donbass media took part in the forum for the first time.
Vladimir Solovyov, chairman of the UJR of Russia: “We were waiting for large delegations from the Donetsk and Luhansk republics, from Zaporozhye from Kherson. But colleagues from Lugansk could not come. They were able to come from the Donetsk Republic, headed by chairman Viktor Petrenko, three people from Kherson. And here they “bathed” in hospitality. Just incredibly surprised by everything that happens. Obviously, they have been present for 8 years in a situation where every second can be the last. And every report, every article can be the last. This is a powerful journalistic community in Russia, and how it all works. I think they will come and tell their colleagues how we do it.”
The North Ossetian delegation is already one of the largest. Heads of the press service, chief editors of print media, television channels and Internet resources. Almost 20 people who make up the information zone of the republic. Over the past five years, “All Russia” has become an open platform for dialogue and new projects for Ossetian journalists.
Alan Tshurbaev, editor-in-chief of the Daryal magazine: “Our magazine is participating in this for the third or fourth time and it is very nice that they do not forget about literary magazines when they talk about the media in general. Because literary magazines are a large part of the images of Russian media. There are 4 literary magazines successfully operating in the republic, and all of them are held periodically. I am glad that this year we managed to get a book on the forum, on which we have been working for about two years. This is the book “Here were …”, such is his original title. Collection of modern Ossetian prose writers.
The exhibition exposition, deployed on, is a kind of greeting and invitation that took place on the subsequent presentation. More than 30 regions of Russia and media projects are represented. At the stand of our republic there are regional printed and book products dedicated to the 1100th anniversary of the baptism of Alania.
Zoya Grigoryeva, editor-in-chief of the newspaper “Stalnaya Iskra” /Chelyabinsk region/: “We have been at the presentation of the media of North Ossetia in previous years. I want to say that it holds a very high bar. Because it’s not only getting to know the media of the region, it’s always very nice, very warm, it’s very authentic, because there is always a creative team in their own costumes. We are happy to watch. Plus, it’s always delicious. Because Ossetian pies are, of course, a brand.”
Plenary presentations, exhibition venues, sessions, photo exhibitions, intellectual games, panel discussions, master classes, round tables, discussion screenings of films – in total, more than 70 events took place at the forum. Those were busy days. And only the most relevant topics.
Nonna Kusova, head of the information broadcasting service of the NTC Ossetia-Iryston: “The forum is not overexposed, really. It not only grows in scale, but also in saturation every year. For us, representatives of journalism, this year is probably doubly lucky, because we are going to attend workshops containing experience. To talk about the problems and prospects for the development of radio broadcasting, which is especially dear and valuable to me. We try to communicate without missing a single minute, to exchange views with colleagues from different regions in the current difficult conditions. Once again, substitute an effort for a friend, which is now especially important to consolidate the journalistic community.”
Every year the forum is held in a new way. In 2022, he truly received his reality, which was noted by all participants. The results of the professional creative competition, for which more than six hundred applications were sent, were also summed up in a businesslike manner quickly. The winners in three nominations became representatives of the media of North Ossetia. Another diploma for active participation in the exhibition meeting of the press committee and mass discussions in the republic.
Ma Gabalova, Deputy Chairman of the Press Committee for Mass Communications of North Ossetia-Alania: “At the final event, we journalists – North Ossetia – received a number of awards. These are the national television company “Ossetia-Iryston”, the media portal “15th Region”, the committee for press and mass communications, which was noted for the presentation. Our know-how is the PRO Caucasus forum, which was held this year on the initiative of the head of the republic, Sergei Menyailo. We also presented a number of events that we held in the industry media. We expect our events to be held together with colleagues that we have clarified what we are doing. I think that the result of our communications will be a qualitative breakthrough step in industry media.”
The organizers intend to develop a sense of business style in the future. It will be possible to plunge into the creation of “All Russia” next year, the exact date of the forum Modern Journalists has not yet been determined. But one thing is clear, the event is held in any weather.
