Generally speaking, but otherwise, every citizen of the Czech Republic who resides in the electoral district and is at least 18 years old on the second election day can vote in the 24 constituencies. You must bring a valid ID card or travel document with you.
People can find out exactly where they can vote, for example, on the official board of the municipal office on its website. However, the second round takes place in the same polling station as the first.
Isolation as an obstacle
If someone is hospitalized, they can vote directly in the hospital. But it must be directly in the electoral district – patients transferred elsewhere cannot vote. On the basis of registration in a special list of voters, which is written by the employees of the medical facility, the electoral commission will come to the patient.
People in isolation due to the covid-19 disease – unlike the elections in the previous two years – cannot vote this year. “Isolation is an obstacle to exercising the right to vote. This means that if you, as a voter, have been demonstrably ordered to self-isolate, you cannot even call the portable ballot box,” Tomáš Jirovec, director of the elections department of the Ministry of the Interior, explains to Radiožurnál.

Together with the head of the movement, Andrej Babiš, she is accused in the subsidy case for the construction of the Čapí hnízdo farm.
Where to with complaints?
If people suspect, for example, of a faulty vote count, they can turn directly to the Supreme Administrative Court. A voter or political party has ten days from the announcement of the results of the State Election Commission in the collection of laws to file a complaint.
If the court then comes to the conclusion that the error grossly affected the results of the vote, it will grant the motion.
