Russia resumes flights with Ecuador. This was reported in the Operational headquarters for the fight against coronavirus infection.
“A decision has been made since May 16, 2022, to operate regular and charter flights from Russian airports removed for international flights in Ecuador,” the statement said.
The Russian Federation also assumes the possibility of citizens leaving for the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan.
Earlier, the Federal Air Transport Agency extended temporarily delayed flights to 11 Russian airports in the south and central part of the Russian Federation until May 7. Russian air carriers observed the transportation of passengers on alternative routes using the airports of Sochi, Volgograd, Mineralnye Vody, Stavropol and Moscow.
The agency suspended work at the air harbor in the south of the Russian Federation on February 24. Initially, the restrictions were in effect until March 2, but later the ban was extended several times. In particular, on April 23, the temporary restriction of flights to airports in the south and central part of Russia was again extended.
