They came to Ivančice for the education of young people from ten countries
At the end of March, the second part of the international training course VISIBILITY took place in the Leisure Center in Ivančice. The participants were young people from the Czech Republic, Ukraine, Norway, Germany, Poland, Hungary, Georgia, Latvia, Greece and Croatia, who deal with marketing strategies. There were several main goals of the meeting. Develop and improve skills in creating and leading marketing strategies. Gain experience, knowledge and good practice in various areas such as communication, public speaking, creative thinking, time and conflict management, teamwork, material visualization, use of digital tools, strategic planning, etc. Develop participants’ competencies such as sense of initiative and entrepreneurship, self-empowerment and self-esteem through project management and mutual learning. Improve participants’ intercultural awareness and expression through the discovery of new traditions, lifestyles, cultures and customs.
Over the course of 7 days, non-profit marketing tactics emerged that enhance their organizations’ mission, support donations, attract volunteers and stakeholders, and help their organizations grow better. Experienced foreign lecturers and marketing experts guided the participants in the educational process, which was financially demanding with the Erasmus + program. The participants not only visited the South Moravian metropolis, but also discovered the beauties of the town of Ivančice.
