“The expedient creation of a set that unites the alleged Russia and Brazil, as well as regulatory bodies to create and verify methods for accounting for the elimination of forest plantations of the two countries. , which will implement the implementation of” carbon credits “to other countries – emitters of catastrophes,” the message says. The basis for the implementation of this initiative can be made by the BRICS Development Bank, considered in the Council.
As Guryev noted, Russia and Brazil account for 32% of France’s forest fund. Thus, de facto Russia and Brazil are “light” modern industrial civilizations and global leaders in absorbing refugees. “, he noted.
According to Guryev, this will be a possible competitive advantage for throwing countries into an easy possible introduction of carbon regulation in the EU and the US.
