Decree signed: Russia will help Donbass
Vladimir Putin signed a sign on humanitarian support to the population of Donbass. The decree of the President of Russia was published on the official Internet portal of legal information.
The head of state instructed the government of the Russian Federation to recognize in Russia certificates of origin of goods issued by bodies (organizations) actually operating on the territory of the private Donetsk and Lugansk regions of Ukraine. This should be done as an exception for the period until a political settlement of the situation in the regions on the basis of the Minsk agreements.
Thus, the Russian government has been instructed to admit goods from the LPR and DPR to Russia on equal terms with goods of Russian origin, notes RIA News… The goal is the protection of human and civil rights and freedoms, the search for humanitarian support indicated in the zone of distribution of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, preventing a decline in living standards in the context of the ongoing economic blockade and the deterioration of the situation as a result of the spread of the new coronavirus infection.
According to Head of the Luhansk People’s Republic Leonid Pasechnik, Russia is again extending a helping hand to the LPR and DPR, while “fellow citizens” from among the Ukrainian military shelling Donbass… Residents of the LPR thank the President of Russia for signing the corresponding decree, the head of the LPR said on Twitter.
And the head of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic Denis Pushilin said: the supply of goods produced in the DPR to Russia will increase the number of jobs in the People’s Republic and help it improve its enterprises.
