The Baroque statue of St. John of Nepomuk is one of the oldest monuments in Brno’s Bohunice. A work depicting a Czech martyr, but recently suffering. The sculpture carved in 1722 originally stood at the intersection of Jihlavská and Jílová streets, in the middle of the last century it found a new place in Brno’s Lány street, where it still stands today.
