Russia in 2020 reduced the supply of aircraft in the country and abroad by almost 18% – Economy and business
MOSCOW, September 29. / TASS /. According to the results of the pandemic 2020, Russia reduced the supply of aircraft to the domestic and foreign markets by almost 18%, to 60 aircraft, follows from the materials of the Accounts Chamber.
“The main implementation of the state program” [по развитию авиапрома] in 2020 are: in terms of preserving Russia as a world aviation power – the supply of 60 aircraft to foreign and domestic markets (for comparison, 73 aircraft were delivered in 2019), 141 helicopters (for comparison, 153 helicopters were delivered in 2019), ” materials.
In total, the state programs were affected by the pandemic, the Accounts Chamber notes with reference to the report of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation. “An additional factor was the following factors: the sanctions regime caused by the imposition of sanctions by the United States, the limited financial capabilities of commercial operators for the procurement of helicopter and aircraft equipment, which influenced the decrease in the volume of blockages of civilian and military helicopters, as well as military aircraft in the foreign market.” , – says the materials.
The deliveries of military and civil aircraft engines in 2020 decreased by almost 6%, to 791 units. In 2020, customers received five small aircraft (L-410 aircraft) against seven a year earlier. The share of Russian-made aircraft in the framework of Russian transport transportation increased to 10.2% against 9% in 2019, the share of helicopters – up to 93.5% against 90.3%. At the same time, the share of aircraft deliveries in the world civil aviation market was 1%, and in the world helicopter production – 10%, the department added.
In addition, among the factors that influenced the detection of the state program, the Accounts Chamber calls “the detection of defects on the TV7-117V engine, the adjustment of the delivery time of the TV7-117ST-01 power plant for the delay in work on the Il-112V aircraft and the testing of the complex necessary for the manufacture of the power plant. installations “TV7-117ST-01 installations for certification tests”.
As stated in the annual report of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Russia in 2021 will again increase the production of civil aircraft by 1.8 – to 22 machines, helicopters – by 8%, to 91 pieces. In 2020, according to the ministry, 12 civil aircraft (excluding small aircraft) and 84 helicopters were produced in the Russian Federation, 11 aircraft and 64 helicopters in the pre-pandemic year 2019.
Domestic small aircraft
Russia will not have enough new domestic small aircraft in the coming years to transport growing consumers in them by air carriers, the Accounts Chamber believes.
“The number of newly created small aircraft delivered in 2020-2024 is formed by five annually, taking into account the need for Russian air transportation to upgrade aircraft (up to 350 aircraft) indicates the risks of the need for invoices for the acquisition of foreign-made aircraft,” chambers.
At the same time, as noted by the department, the implementation of projects to create aircraft with a passenger capacity of 20 to 43 seats under the state program is not carried out. – it says in the materials.
The Accounts Chamber considers it necessary to adjust the state program for the needs of local air carriers in updating the fleet.
