Nita a sensational rescuer, paid by Sparta. A favorable move for everyone, he points to Ščásny
“Florin showed calmness and experience, he helped us a lot,” says coach Radoslav Kováč.
Nito’s engagement is very surprising. “They asked me if we were interested in him. I said that it was impossible because of the salary – and I also had doubts if he would go to Pardubice at all. But we tried it and I was interested. We then waited for Sparta’s statement as to whether it was even realistic to do so. I want to thank her for accommodating us. I think more than 90 percent of Nito’s work is involved, otherwise he would definitely not be here,” explains Kováč.

According to behind-the-scenes estimates, Nita’s basic salary is 800,000 kroner per month, which is roughly what the entire Pardubice team has together. In Liberec, he immediately got priority over Jakub Markovic and Viktor Budinski. And he survived. “The point is deserved and we’ll take it,” assures Kováč.
Zdeňko Ščašího experienced Nita as a coach at Sparta, who talked about the Romanian representative in the Přímák show on Sport.cz.
“I see the absolutely pragmatic approach of Florin and his manager behind this. Because he knows that his contract ends in six months. He knows he wouldn’t catch in Sparta, so if he stays home, his price will go down. This is how he will catch on in the Czech league and will go for free in the summer. What Sparta would collect, the manager and the player collect. The second thing is that Radek Kováč knows the entire management well. And the situation is beneficial for everyone,” explains the former coach and sports director of Sparta.
The mystery is why the flight club released Nita until now. In 2021, during the tenure of coach Pavel Vrba, the goalkeeper lost his number one position and gradually dropped out of the squad. He wore the Spartan jersey for the last time in January last year in a preparatory match. He has since been shut down and had a one-year hiatus.
“I dont know that. I experienced Florin, I know that at the beginning he had some problems with his footwork. He has improved significantly in this. I didn’t really understand it, I thought he was still supposed to catch in Sparta at a certain time. But today, when they have a goalkeeper, he wouldn’t catch there,” muses Ščasný.
Human can only praise the goalkeeper. “He was great as a kid, very humble. I will say to the people that he seems strange sometimes, but I know that he was very nice as a boy. I knew him very well, so I know how he grew up. He respected everything terribly,” says the experienced coach.
“You never know how much guys are influenced by their managers. For some, this is a big problem. But I liked Florin. Who catches is usually left up to the goalkeeping coach. Dan Zítka is there again today, which is great news for Sparta. He knows exactly what to do, the decision was up to me. But I had an excellent relationship with him, with Florin,” assures Ščasný.
Nita’s move did not please Filip Nguyen. My offer from Vietnam and Slovácko looked for Milan Heča as a replacement for Letná. However, Sparta does not want to lose its trio now.
