A homeless man dies in the fire of a shack in Bilbao
A homeless man of about 70 years of age has died when the house caught fire on Tuesday cardboard and wood shack in which he was in the Bolueta neighborhood, in Bilbao.
The fire broke out around 6:10 p.m. in an area close to a fast food establishment located on the N-634 highway (Bilbao-Galdakao), according to sources from the Basque Department of Security.

The fire, whose origin is being investigated, spread very quickly and several people who were in the restaurant tried unsuccessfully with fire extinguishers to put out the flames, which ended the life of a man in his 70s, still unidentified, who was supposedly spending the night in the shack.
A crew of firefighters traveled to the scene of the event and after putting out the flames found the lifeless body of the victim.
