Transfer shock for Eintracht Frankfurt: SGE jewel to Bayern?
Randal Kolo Muani, striker for Bundesliga club Eintracht Frankfurt, can apparently well imagine a move to Bayern Munich.
Frankfurt – High-flyer Randal Kolo Muani, who passed from FC Nantes to summer Eintracht Frankfurt changed, made a big impact in the Bundesliga. With strong performances in the first half of the 2022/23 season, the Frenchman attracted the attention of numerous top clubs who are interested in signing. Manchester United and FC Bayern Munich in particular are apparently ready if there is a chance of a transfer.
Eintracht Frankfurt: Kolo Muani is in demand
Like the French newspaper L’Equipe reports, Manchester United is offering 60 million euros for the runner-up, who lost to Argentina in the final of the World Cup in Qatar. He had a great opportunity to score the winning goal just before the end of the period, but he was denied by Argentina keeper Martinez and the game went to penalties.
“Basically, we are not planning any major changes. Of course, players who have played little or not at all recently – such as Jérôme Onguéné – may consider the possibility of a loan. But we are not planning any major transfers. Nevertheless, what always applies in transfer phases applies to the next four weeks: you can never rule anything out,” said SGE sports director Markus Krösche quoted on the club’s website.
The sports director of Eintracht Frankfurt rules out a transfer from Randal Kolo Muani. “We will not sell Kolo Muani,” he confirmed Kicker sports magazine. However, the striker can apparently imagine a move to Bayern Munich, like the French TV broadcaster RMC Sports reported. There will be no exit in winter, but that could change in summer.
Eintracht Frankfurt: Will Kolo Muani set a new record?
Eintracht Frankfurt could get lucrative offers, including from Bayern Munich. Kolo Muani currently has a market value of 37 million euros, contract until 2027 and has no exit clause. The SGE is also in an excellent negotiating position and will under no circumstances undersell the French. Should Kolo Muani continue to trump in the second half of the season, he could become a new record departure for the SGE. So far it was Luka Jovic, who switched to Real Madrid for 60 million euros.
Meanwhile, Eintracht Frankfurt has one Players released from training, so that he can hold talks with another club. In addition, the SGE on the Search for reinforcements apparently struck gold with a top English team. (smr)
