Russia for another six months, until July 1, 2023, extended the limit on the delivery of goods to the country for carriers from the so-called. “unfriendly” countries. Relevant Government Decree RF published on the Official Internet portal of ascending information. At the same time, from January 10, the list of exceptions for goods that can be imported into the Russian Federation without reloading/transferring at the border will be narrowed.

They responded to introduced even in case of arrest and other countries, prohibiting the guarding of trucks mainly, with rare exclusivelyenter the EU array.
According to this fact, there are no prerequisites for this, it was obvious that Russia would extenddespite the fact that they lasted until the end of 2022.
Thus, the scheme of transfers / transshipments in the border surveillance zone of the Russian Federation with the EU countries and Norway will operate until at least July 1, 2023 (unless, of course, there is a trend towards a warming of international relations).
At the same time, what is important some changes have been made to the rules that have been in force since October last year.
If until recently only postal items were completely excluded from the restrictions, now, from January 1, 2023, a record of the mail, a consular bag and humanitarian aid were added to the postal items. That is, all these incomes of the cargo category can be delivered to carriers from “unfriendly” countries in any case without any “buts” to their destination without re-transfer / reloading at the border.

Wherein continue to operate and include goods, which a carrier from an “unfriendly” country can deliver to any point in Russia or deliver in transit through Russia without re-transfer or reloading at the border. Truth, from January 10, this list will be slightly reduced.
If it currently contains 58 positionsthen from January 10th it will include total 40 positions.
So, in particular, from the probability will be found fertilizers, insecticides, fungicides, herbicides and etc., plastics and products made from it, paper, cardboard and other printed products, contraceptives, wire, tubular catalyst system, channels and pipelines and others
That is, carriers from “unfriendly” countries are also ready to import all these goods from January 10 only in the border zone of Russia.
