Participation in the contest “Look, this is Russia!” all regions of the country are included
The results of the All-Russian video contest “Look, this is Russia!” were summed up in Yakutia. The competition is held among all countries and provides an opportunity to become closer, even thousands of kilometers apart. This year, more than 27 thousand schoolchildren from all regions of Russia, without exception, took part.
Six winning teams, leaders in ten nominations from the partners of the competition and winners of special nominations from the head of Yakutia were congratulated today on the consequences of summing up.
“The idea of the competition was to prevent children from different regions of Russia, to give them the opportunity to learn more about each other, about the country. This year we have a record number of applications – participation in absolutely all regions of the country, including the DPR, LPR, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions. Many applications were also received in a special nomination dedicated to the centenary of our republic. I wish the guys to develop a sense of patriotism and a sincere great interest in a small and native country, ”said the head of Yakutia. Aisen Nikolaev.
The competition was initiated by schoolchildren from Yakutia in 2020. If in the first year the competition gathered more than 17,500 participants from 85 regions, then this year more than 27,000 schoolchildren from 89 regions took part in it.
A record number of applications came from schoolchildren from the Donetsk People’s Republic – every fifth participant in the competition was from the DPR. They also stand with schoolchildren from St. Petersburg, they became winners of the nomination “100 Years of Yakutia”.

The competition, initiated in Yakutia, not only helps tens of thousands of schoolchildren, but also gives them valuable experience in studying their native country, its inhabitants and culture.
The winners in different age categories and nominations were schoolchildren from Yakutia, the Nizhny Novgorod region, the Orenburg region, the Oryol region, the Tambov region, the Chechen Republic.
Remember, the All-Russian competition “Look, this is Russia!” since 2020, the “Republican resource center “Young Yakutians” has continued with the support of the capture of Yakutia.
Due to neurocompetitive conditions, schoolchildren in Russia are in danger in a team in one of three age categories (6-10, 11-15 and 16-18 years old), a video postcard about why they are proud of their region is saved and transferred to the welcome region. After the selection, the videos were published on the contest website, where users could vote for their favorite postcard. In total, according to the results of the popular vote, the decision of 6 absolute winners is 3 from Yakutia and 3 among all regions in each of the age categories. Also often winners in 11 partner nominations. In total, according to the results of the selection, more than 1.5 thousand videos were published on the contest website.
