EV Cargo settles in Frankfurt Oder / Logistics for Tesla?
In Frankfurt (Oder), Brandenburg, the EV Cargo Group has rented a logistics hall that the company intends to use for the storage and distribution of batteries for electric vehicles. Apparently, EV Cargo is supposed to handle all of the battery logistics for Tesla in Grünheide.
This is reported by Rundfunk Berlin-Brandenburg. The fact is that EV Cargo is moving into a more than 47,500 square meter hall in the GVZ-Süd industrial area in Frankfurt Oder. The site has been “let for the long term,” according to a statement from the city. It is specifically located in the approximately 44-hectare industrial area Log Plaza Frankfurt Oder – in the immediate vicinity of the A12.
As reported by Rundfunk Berlin-Brandenburg, Tesla’s vehicle factory in Grünheide is about three quarters of an hour’s drive from the new logistics hall. Apparently there are indications of a cooperation between the two sides: “According to reports, EV Cargo could handle the entire battery logistics for Tesla in Grünheide,” says the report.
