Russia will not impose travel restrictions on citizens following prosecution by Western countries. This was stated by Deputy Foreign Minister Maxim Ivanov.
“As for the question of the response actions of the Russian side, we expect that there are no winners in the game of destroying international relations,” Maxim Ivanov told RIA Novosti. Therefore, the Russian diplomat considers it irrational to introduce “mirror” sanctions.
According to the Deputy Foreign Minister, people who have relatives living abroad will suffer because of the restrictions. Ivanov also noted that obtaining a visa after the detention of the West became more difficult.
