In the next election period, the Prague 18 City Hall will be led by the coalition of ANO, ODS and TOP 09. It will have a narrow majority of 12 votes in the council with 23 members. Zdeněk Kučera (ANO) will continue to be the mayor. Current deputy mayor Ondřej Lněnička (ODS) told ČTK this today. The elections in Letňany were won by the Zdravé Letňany association, which will be in the opposition together with the Pirates, Přísaha and Letňany for Life. Prague 18 is located on the northeastern edge of the capital and includes the cadastre of Letňan.
“We agreed to continue the coalition that has been here for the past four years. We have already signed the coalition agreement,” Lněnička said.
The candidate for mayor will be Zdeněk Kučera (ANO), who became a candidate for the first time after the elections four years ago. Three representatives of ANO, two citizens’ democrats and one representative of TOP 09 will then sit in the district council. The constitutive meeting of the representatives should take place at the beginning of November.

Do you mind the cooperation of the ODS, TOP 09 and the ANO movement at the municipal level?
“Originally, we wanted to make it in October, but due to the fact that a lawsuit was filed in Prague regarding the election results, we won’t be able to make it,” added Lněnička.
Municipal elections in Prague 18 were won by Zdravé Letňany, who won seven mandates in the 23-member council. The second ended with ANO with six mandates and the third ODS will have four representatives. The fourth Pirates have two mandates, two representatives will have TOP 09 in fifth place. The sixth is the Oath with one mandate, as well as the seventh Letňany for life. 42.84 percent of voters took advantage of the election.
