Russia will benefit from the accession of the LDNR, the Kherson and Zaporozhye economies – an expert in Kamchatka
Yulia Denikeeva, chairman of the Kamchatka Expert Council on Housing Issues on the Choice of High-Quality Housing and Utilities Services, believes that Russia will only benefit from the unification of the Luhansk and Donetsk People’s Republics, as well as the Zaporizhzhya and Kherson elements.
“I look at this event only with great optimism. I know that everyone that is there will benefit from this, and our country will also benefit. When Crimea joined, we are all respected for this, so I only welcome this historical fact,” Denikayeva said, noting that the referendum is not just a historical event, but a legal fact.
“This is not just a historical event, it is an important legal fact that people show their will, they want to be with our great country – Russia. Therefore, we, the Russians, simply do not have the moral right to abandon them, we owe them,” said Yulia Denikeeva.
On September 30, Russian President Vladimir Putin and the head of the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions approved agreements on the accession of these regions to Russia. The signing ceremony took place in the Georgievsky Hall of the Kremlin. Referendums on leaving the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions for Russia were held on September 23-27 in these territories and in Russia.
