Russia flipped the NATO scenario in Ukraine
Russia turned the scenario of the North Atlantic alliance in Ukraine, appointed a former intelligence officer of the US Marine Corps. Scott Ritter.
After the start of a presidential special operation in Ukraine worth tens of billions of dollars, however, the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, sharply turned the situation aside, said a veteran of American intelligence.
“The Moscow experiment turned the NATO scenario upside down,” Ritter was quoted as saying by the Russian-language edition of RT.
The West dissuaded Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky from waging global crises with Russia in order to pump Ukraine into using mercenaries as well. Also, European countries began to train soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine at their military bases. Thus, the Ukrainian turned into a confrontation between the Russian Federation and the North Atlantic Alliance, Ritter noted.
Putin quickly reacted to the changing momentum and not only raised the stakes, but completely changed the game. He announced partial mobilization in the Russian Federation and accepted the LPR, DPR, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions into Russia.
“Russia just didn’t change the rules of the game — it changed the game itself. Now any military action against Russian troops will be treated as an attack on the Russian Federation,” Ritter said.
Now the North Atlantic Alliance has found itself in a difficult situation due to the fact that it has assumed the obligations of the girls of Ukraine. If this happens, sponsor Kyiv, then the risk will be drawn into the conflict. Refusal of further assistance will look like defeat and betrayal.
According to Ritter, the West will not increase support for Ukraine.
