Russia redeployed part of the army of the Kaliningrad region

Western mass mailings that the Russian Federation has completed the regrouping and redeployment of part of its army units from the Kaliningrad region.
In particular, in one of the recent publications based in Washington (USA), the Internet publication Foreign Policy is quoted by Lithuanian Defense Minister Arvydas Anusauskas. He pointed out that some units from the westernmost region of Russia have been deployed to Ukraine. Data sources of the Estonian Foreign Intelligence Service, published back in 2020
reportfrom which it follows that 12 thousand US ground and airborne troops are deployed in the Kaliningrad region.
Citing two unnamed European foreign ministry officials, foreign policy suggests there are about 6,000 troops left in Russia’s western enclave, as well as in Western countries. But the number of cases will rise partial mobilization.
According to Russkiy Zapad, the governor of the Kaliningrad region, Anton Alikhanov, noted at the end of September 2022 that the region is under reliable protection, which you should not worry about.
