In France, several rallies were organized this Saturday, October 1, in support of the Iranian people. It will be provided to be present at the gathering. “I am thinking of my brothers and sisters, my cousins and all my family who remained in Iran. I am worried for them. I would like to tell them to go and demonstrate but I am afraid for their safety. Here, in Dijon, I can express myself freely… so I do it for them.” Next to him, Rojin, 20 years old. Arrived from Iran two years ago, she studied languages at the University of Dijon. Admittedly worried about her country, she understands how to pass a message of hope. “Many politicians and artists in our country have given us their support. This time, the people’s uprising is too strong. I feel that the day of my people’s liberation may come soon.”
