Momentum Annecy Consulting, people at the heart of the consulting profession
A generalist consulting company, Momentum Annecy Consulting (M-AC) has made this problem a strength and offers personalized support and real proximity to its customers.
Consulting firms have become indispensable players in the business world. In 2021, they even experienced growth of around 10% in the French market. The consultants support companies in the analysis and resolution of their problems in order to improve their operation. Their intervention requires dealing with important decisions that affect the structure and operation of the company.
Created in May 2021 by Robert Tith, M-AC is a general consulting firm B2C oriented with in particular customers from mass distribution and digital. Mainly involved in customer experience, digital, information systems and processes related to retail and e-retail industry businesses, Momentum also operates across the entire value chain. “We are also present in everything that is not visible, i.e. the back office, the replenishment process, logistics, supplier management, telephone platforms or even finance, etc. . . explains Robert Tith.
Expertise, responsiveness and proximity
Hosted on the shores of Lake Annecy, with a branch in Lille and another in Tours, Momentum Annecy Consulting operates throughout the national territory but remains mainly oriented towards the Paris region and the far north where its main clients are located. In the future and to make sense of its geographical location, the firm would continue to develop further in the Lyon and Grenoble area. A desire also to maintain a certain proximity with its customers, one of the essential values of the company. “That’s really our goal” adds Robert Tith “Our consultants are mobile and we favor proximity because it’s important”.
In addition to human contact, Momentum also offers personalized support according to the client’s needs. Where most large firms submit a preconceived method and try to apply it directly to the company, Momentum does not neglect the DNA of its clients. “We believe that the history of the company is an integral part of its culture and that it is important to preserve these values,” explains its founder.
With an optimized focus on the client, the Annecy firm is also committed to providing a rich experience to the beneficiary company. Above all, this involves listening and a real ability to make tailor-made solutions. M-AC also favors short circuits and makes responsiveness on each project one of its strengths.
Consultant, a profession in perpetual evolution
The consulting professions are undergoing a permanent and extremely profound transformation which has been accentuated by the health crisis. The evolution of customer demand, both on the content of the missions but also on the methods of execution obliges the consultants to constantly adapt. The recent pandemic has accentuated geographical distancing and remote support is now commonplace, except that companies need more proximity. In order to create an optimal experience, it seems essential to find the right balance by rethinking the customer relationship and adjusting the consulting business. A real challenge.
“The market is very buoyant, but it has evolved enormously, in particular thanks to digital tools which still allow us to maintain a certain proximity with companies,” says Robert Tith. It is by trying to maintain this harmony between its employees and its customers that Momentum wishes to act with a balanced attitude while perpetuating its activity. Ultimately, the firm wants to increase its workforce and go from 5 to 20 employees by 2023 before hoping to expand its activity abroad the following year. “Within 5 years, we would like to open discussions in order to become a training center certified by companies and no longer just provide direct advice”.
For Momentum Annecy Consulting, the desire is first to adapt to the existing and future market while allowing the creation of organic growth in which all the pillars are stable and each success is ensured by the previous one.
If the current sector finds itself at a turning point where the model must be reinvented, the main evolution is above all an awareness of both clients and consulting firms. As the market is particularly dynamic, the outlook for the future looks encouraging. For Momentum Annecy Consulting, the projects are ambitious but the purpose remains the same: to contribute significantly to the resolution of a company’s problems by providing expertise and added value in a limited time.
