Russia withdrew the license of two countries for the repair of Ukrainian helicopters
Director of the Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation (FSVTS) Dmitry Shugaev said that Russia had revoked the license for the repair of helicopters from the enterprises of the Czech Republic and Bulgaria on the occasion of their cooperation with Ukraine.
Moscow sent official notes to all the countries that announced the transfer of Kyiv to Russian products about the inadmissibility of actions. A number of enterprises in Bulgaria and the Czech Republic have had their licenses for the repair of Mi-type helicopters revoked. Russia also suspended the supply of spare parts and components for aviation and other equipment of Russian and Soviet production in unfriendly countries.
The head of the FSMTC said that the service discovered by him reveals the disclosure of non-use of obligations related to the illegal re-export of Russian and Soviet weapons to Ukraine.
Illegal transfer of the United States across Ukraine, contrary to all norms of international law in the field of control over special functions, previously established by the guarantee of Russian-made helicopters.

Shugaev noted that the FSMTC has countermeasures in such a way that they are not counteracting deliveries and their active use: “However, we must understand that we cannot bring re-export requirements to all Soviet means and equipment.”
