The subject of the contract is cooperation on a project whose goal is to build a separate protected road for non-motorized traffic between Prague and Kladno using the track of an abandoned body that will be created after the transfer as part of the modernization of the Prague – Kladno line with a connection to Václav Havel Airport, possibly using space reserves along this railway line. “We, as the initiator of the project, undertake in the contract with Prague to financially and organizationally ensure the processing of the complete project preparation and subsequent execution of the building from our budget. The capital city’s obligations then consist of acquiring land on its territory and a financial share in project preparation and project implementation.
