Imagine yourself walking in your garden and coming across a impressive reptile. This is what happened to a Inhabitant of Ruminghemin the No Calais, this Saturday, July 30, 2022. A meter-long snake was discovered in his garden.
The snake sought and transported to Liévin
This meeting of the third type took place at the end of the afternoon, around 6 p.m. The firefighters of the barracks of Audruicq intervened on the spot, rue du grand chemin de l’église, and noted the presence of an orange and black false coral snake.
This snake is so called because it resembles the coral snake. Unlike the latter, the false coral is not poisonous. Its presence in Ruminghem is surprising because this snake lives in Central America, especially in Honduras.
The reptile was preferred and sent to a veterinarian in Liévin in the middle of the evening. What was he doing here? Does it belong to someone? All these questions are, for the time being, unanswered.
