The new Volkswagen Caddy Life in Greece
Kosmocar – Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles announces the arrival of the completely renewed Caddy Life in the Greek car market.
The fifth generation of the ultra-large model is based on the variable MQB platform used in the Golf 8, adopting many of its advanced technologies, making driving the Caddy easier, more comfortable and safer, while at the same time it can support the needs of any company or individual. . . The new Caddy Life has a longer wheelbase (2,755mm) than its predecessor, ensuring better space, more balanced handling, but also a more dynamic look. The transition to the MQB platform is also evident from the outside and in the Caddy Maxi Life with the long wheelbase (2,970 mm). The body is completely redesigned with a very fresh design, giving the New Caddy Life a strong personality and top aerodynamics.
Passenger space
Caddy Life is available with seven seats in its standard equipment. With a short or long wheelbase, the model can be quickly converted to a five-seater, as the individual and independent 3rd row seats can be removed. Note: both 2nd and 3rd row seats move on the longitudinal axis and can be folded or removed easily.
The new New Caddy Life is available in 2 body lengths (4,500 mm short and 4,853 mm long) and is offered as standard with:
Height-adjustable driver-passenger seats, with lumbar adjustment, armrests and folding

The upgraded user experience of the new Caddy Life is framed by a complete suite of driving assistance systems, with an additional 19 optional.
The new model is also equipped with the innovative IQ.DRIVE technologies of Volkswagen and has in its standard equipment the safety systems: Front Assist, Lane Assist, Cruise Control, Faigue Detection, as well as front-rear parking assist sensors with audible warning.
For the first time in the Caddy there is an optional Travel Assist that combines the functions of ACC, Lane Assist and Front Assist creating a driver assistance system, allowing semi-autonomous driving at speeds of up to 210 km / h.

The new Caddy Life will be available in the best way and the “green” 1.5 TSI petrol engine with 114 PS (84 kW) with 6-speed manual transmission and 7-speed DSG, as well as the 2.0 TDI 122 PS (90 kW) with 6-speed manual transmission and 7-speed DSG respectively.
