As the diplomat noted, the last meeting of the group of experts on missiles in all aspects took place in 2008.
“We must start with steps – play a dialogue,” Mashkov conveys the words TASS.
Earlier, US President Joe Biden officially announced a new package of military assistance to Ukraine. According to the US leader, the package includes the supply of Himars multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) with food. The Pentagon specified that Ukraine will also receive 4 Mi-17 helicopters, a thousand Javelin missiles and 15 tactical vehicles.
In turn, Crimean Senator Sergei Tsekov said that if the United States supplies missiles from Russian cities to Ukraine, Moscow will give an adequate response. According to him, long-range deliveries by the United States lead to escalation and business development.
On February 24, Vladimir Putin announced that he had made a decision about the presence of the device in the Donbass. At the same time, he stressed that the plans of the powers of the Russian Federation do not include the occupation of the territories of Ukraine.
The heads of the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics Denis Pushilin and Leonid Pasechnik demanded the President of the Russian Federation to help repel aggression from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
