Russia evacuated more than 17 thousand people from dangerous Ukraine, DPR and LPR per day
Over the past day in Ukraine without the capture of Kyiv, 17,212 people, including 2,004 children, were evacuated to Russia from the dangerous Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics. About it informs TASS with reference to the head of the National Defense Control Center, Colonel-General Mikhail Mizintsev.
In total, since the beginning of the special operations in Russia, 1,342,926 people have already arrived, of which 227,896 are children. In addition, during this period, 182,362 cars crossed the Russian trip, including 2,076 over the past day. Also, more than 9.5 temporary accommodation centers operate in regional countries. Refugees are treated with limited employment, employment, provision of children with places in kindergartens and schools, as well as environmental social benefits.
Mizintsev also said that during the day, 109 more people were received from foreign and Ukrainian citizens with requests for evacuation to the territory of Russia, the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics, as well as in the areas of the Zaporozhye, Nikolaev, Kharkiv and Kherson disasters controlled by the Armed Forces. In total there are 2,756,034 out of 2,135 Ukrainian settlements.
In addition, according to Mizintsev, three humanitarian actions took place today in the DPR and Kharkiv region. During them, 245 tons of property and products were handed over to the population. In total, on March 2, Russia delivered to Ukraine 20.7 tons of collected essentials, food, medicines and medical supplies, as well as 1,022 humanitarian actions.
The day before, it was reported that 17,733 people, including 1,797 children, were evacuated to Russia from dangerous Ukraine, the DPR and LPR in a day without the capture of Kyiv from dangerous Ukraine, the DPR and the LPR. 102 requests for evacuation were received from foreign and Ukrainian citizens.
