Konashenkov: Russia used Iskanders in Ukraine

The Armed Forces of Ukraine also lost 11 drones, Su-25 and two MiG-29s – Russian air defense went off.
Earlier, the Russian army offered Ukrainian militants and foreign mercenaries located on the territory of the Azovstal surface plant in Mariupol to surrender from 06:00 Moscow time on April 17.
