Issues of professional development of personnel to accelerate the WorldSkills Russia Agency will be discussed in Ardon
Until the end of April, a cycle of district sessions of the WorldSkills Russia Agency is being held throughout the country. At the events, representatives of organizations, regional authorities and research institutions use the projects of the Agency for the Development of Professional Skills (WorldSkills Russia) to solve urgent problems of highly qualified personnel in response to the demands of the labor market.
On April 19–20, in Ardon, on the basis of the North Caucasian Agrarian and Technological College, within the framework of business qualifying competitions for participation in the finals of the X Young Professionals Championship (WorldSkills Russia) and championships equivalent to the final results, the VI District session of the WorldSkills Russia Agency is held.
This year, qualifying and final championships in 5 professional competencies of the WorldSkills Russia movement were celebrated in North Ossetia, including “Baking Ossetian pies”, “Forest management and reforestation engineering”, “Bricklaying”, “Carpentry” and “City Farming” .
Local regions – attend sessions in the North Caucasian Federal District Kabestan, Karachay-Cherkessia, Chechnya, Ingushetia and the Stavropol Territory.
Minister of Education and Science of North Ossetia Ellabek Aliova and Deputy General Director for Implementation of the Regional Staffing Standard for Industrial Growth of the Agency for the Development of Professional Excellence (WorldSkills Russia) Oleg Bazer will address with a welcoming speech. He will tell in detail about the holding of the District session and the agenda of the Agency’s activities in the context of interaction with the regions on the implementation of projects, programs and initiatives in 2022.
Yulia Kharchenko, Deputy Director of the Department of Regional Development of the WorldSkills Russia Agency, devoted her speech to the guidelines for the development of the movement in the North Caucasus Federal District of the Russian Federation.
Alan Mouravov, Head of the Regional Coordinating Center for the Movement of WorldSkills Russia, dwells on the specifics of the implementation of projects and programs in North Ossetia.
Yulia Khanzhina, Deputy Director of the Young Professionals of the independent non-profit organization Agency for Strategic Initiatives to Promote New Projects (ASI), made a presentation on the national personnel initiative of the ASI and other projects aimed at self-realization of citizens in the labor market.
The audience will learn about the prospects for significant scaling in other regional practices developed by the Human Growth Development Agency, on the rise of Case of the Sakhalin Region, from the appointment of Andrey Kryukov, Technical Director for the national team of the WorldSkills Russia Agency.
Svetlana Kraychinskaya, Deputy General Director for Human Resources Development – Director of the WorldSkills Russia Academy, in her speech focuses on the growth of the Agency’s accumulation of experience in the accumulation of the population, and also talks about its activities as the operator of the federal project for the retraining of citizens “Employment Assistance” (national project “Demography “). Last year, more than 750 people began to study under the WorldSkills in North Ossetia program. After that, 82% of them were employed in a new place, found a job or started an individual professional activity as self-employed.
A separate block of the session will be devoted to the release of the final certification in the standard of the demonstration exam to strengthen the WorldSkills Russia Agency in the educational system of the regions as a document of the quality of professional qualifications. Danil Ufimtsev, Director of the Competence and Qualifications Assessment Department of the WorldSkills Russia Agency, will report on the interim results of the implementation of projects and plans for the future. It is worth noting that the North Caucasus District actively supports the Agency’s initiative: in 2021, more than 9 thousand student educational institutions of secondary vocational education passed the demo exam in 118 competencies.
