Last minutes: Erdogan’s message of support to Palestine: Turkey is always by his side
Making a statement on his Twitter account, Erdogan said, “We had a telephone conversation with the President of Palestine, Mr. Mahmud Abbas. In our meeting, he strongly condemned Israel’s interventions in prayer in the Masjid al-Aqsa and stated that the provocations and threats against the status and spirituality of Masjid al-Aqsa. I will express to Mr. Abbas that we will stand against him.
“TURKEY IS ALWAYS SIDE OF PALESTINE”
Turkey is always on his side with Palestine. What happened is considering the unity and reconciliation of the entire Palestinian community. I conveyed to Abbas the celebrations regarding the common sense we will display in terms of unity.
