LUXEMBOURG – The growth of the Luxembourg population is on the rise again in 2021, mainly thanks to immigration.
After a slowdown in 2021, the growth of the population of Luxembourg started to rise again in 2021, with 10,667 more inhabitants, according to figures published on Monday by Statec. On 1 January 2022, Luxembourg thus had 645,397 inhabitants and the increase in the population is back to levels closer to those before the pandemic.
