“In view of the characteristics of new strains, it is worth lifting anti-COVID restrictions on social and labor rights of citizens, paying more attention to improving the effectiveness of treatment against diseases and mass testing,” he wrote.

According to Mironov, the goal of identifying herd immunity is 80-90 percent unattainable.

The State Duma deputy also uses officials from the priority of freer and more flexible protection regarding vaccination and the use of exceptional methods of persuasion. The world noted that people who care about health should definitely be vaccinated, but the packages do not force them.

In addition, the politician announced the need to develop more effective drugs against new strains and use free surplus food.
