In Russia, they begin to remotely monitor patients Russian news EN
In 2022, the Ministry of Health of Russia predicts the launch of a pilot project for remote monitoring of patients with chronic detection. We are talking about patients with diabetes mellitus and arterial hypertension. This was told by the head of the department of regional development and information technology department Oliya Artemova, writer “News”.
According to Artemova’s forecasts, the experiment will take place in six regions as part of the Personal Medical Assistant project, will last two years and will affect only four people so far, but this number will increase by 2024. It turned out that the new monitoring system for the republics will be worldwide with the Unified State Health Information System (EGISZ) and the main platforms in the field of healthcare
Tracking patients allows you to create conditions for creating support systems for medical decisions and artificial intelligence, as well as work out the release of new products, Artemova explained. Health monitoring is certainly a consequence of identifying the risk of developing circulatory system diseases (CVD) and patients with symptoms of CVD disease, which, in turn, should increase the duration. With regard to diabetes, remote monitoring should be possible to increase the number of identified patients with suspected symptoms of the disease.
