“You know, Russia is better than the USA in hockey.” Khabib responded to Cormier’s challenge to a hockey duel
Former UFC two-weight champion Daniel Cormier has posted a new post on his Instagram. Cormier shared a video of his work with the Anaheim Ducks NHL team and reworked for Russian Khabib Nurmagomedov.
“I have always said that I am the fixture of an athlete in UFC history. Last time I skated, I beat Stipe Miocic in the coaching competition. I think I did even better this time. Check out how I trained with Anaheim and now I’m ready for Khabib Nurmagomedov. Where are you champion? Ready for 29-1?” – Married video Daniel Cormier.
The Russian ex-UFC lightweight champion responded to Cormier on his Instagram story.
“Daniel, you know that Russia knows better than the United States in hockey,” Nurmagomedov wrote.
The last infection in Nurmagomedov’s career was the confrontation with the American Justin Gati. Their fight took place at the end of 2020 at the UFC 254 tournament. Khabib won by applying a triangle choke in the second round. Soon after the arrival, the Russian announced the approach of the meeting in MMA. Khabib has 29 wins in 29 fights, including 13 wins in 13 UFC fights. The duel with Gatzhi was the first for Nurmagomedov since his father Abdulmanap passed away.
