As Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova said earlier, “from January 1, 2022, a simplified mechanism for assigning pensions.”

In addition, if a person who is no more than 2 years old before retirement, he cannot find a job, giving him the right to receive a pension until he reaches retirement age, and if he agrees, it will be issued automatically.

“If a citizen has reached the age of assigning an old-age pension, it will be enough for him to make a note on the State Services portal about the correctness of accounting for labor activity and about consent to the appointment of a pension,” Golikova added.

Also, starting at the age of 45 for men and at the age of 40 for women, information on the estimated size of the insurance pension will be posted in the personal account on the State Services portal, based on the data of the current parameters of its appointment.
