All-Russian competition “My country – my Russia” – one of the projects of the presidential platform “Russia – the country of opportunities” – together with the state corporation “Roscosmos” presented a book-collection “100 fairy tales about space”. It includes the best fairy tales and creative works of 100 winners of the special category “Tales of Space”, which was launched in 2021.
The main thematic lines of the 18th season of the All-Russian competition “My – My Russia” were science, technology and space. In the completed season of the project, there were 18 nominations. One of them was “Tales of Space”. For the first time in the history of the project, children under 13 were able to take part in it. They presented their “cosmic” fairy tales and drawings. The works of 100 winners of the nomination were included in the book-collection “100 fairy tales about space”.
“It’s great that, like 60 years ago, boys and girls from all over the country dream of conquering space. And for this it is not at all necessary to become an astronaut. For each flight – the work of thousands of people: mathematicians and designers, builders and engineers. I am sure that the authors of the collection “100 fairy tales about space” will definitely make their dreams come true and in a few years they will glorify Russian cosmonautics by their names, “- said pilot-cosmonaut, Hero of Russia Alexander Lazutkin.
Aleksey Agafonov, Deputy Director General of the Russia – Country of Opportunities ANO, said that 250 people became the winners at the end of the season.
“More than a third of all winners – 100 children from 44 regions of Russia and two foreign countries – indicate the special category“ Tales of Space ”. On the eve of the New Year, I want to wish the contestants to dream and not be afraid to make their dreams come true. I am sure that the collection “100 fairy tales about space” will help us adults to dream truly boldly and globally, “he said.
Five-year-old Dasha Belyakova from Mordovia became the youngest winner of the “Tales of Space” nomination. The girl presented her “space” application “Road to Cosmic Distance”. Dasha became the youngest laureate among all the participants in the projects of the Russia – Land of Opportunities platform.
In the year of the 60th anniversary of the first flight of Yuri Gagarin in the new partner of the All-Russian competition “My Country – My Russia”, Roscosmos became.
“In the first year of cooperation of the system, the Roscosmos corporation supported four nominations -“ My Country. My History. My Space ”,“ My Pedagogical Initiative ”and“ Tales of Space ”. In total, 32659 people from various parts of the country and a number of foreign countries took part in them. The competition “My Country – My Russia” is held within the framework of the federal project “Social elevators for everyone” of the national project “Education”. The competition was also included in the plan for the implementation of the Year of Science and Technology in Russia.
