On weekends are glowing in Hanover VW-Builders drove through the streets – really VW-Classic.
VW: Bulli-Bling-Bling in Hanover
Perhaps you saw them on Saturday too: Dozens of VW vans, almost completely wrapped in chains of lights, rolled through the city center on the third “Twinkle Light Cruise”, slowly making faces and sparkling eyes – for fans of all ages.

Cruise across town once
The column of lights was led by cruise organizer Alexander Frank in his Bulli. The route started at the New Town Hall, then it went over the Aegiedientorplatz, around the opera, past the Platz-der-Weltausstellung, the Old Town Hall, the Platz-der-Göttinger-Sieben over the north bank of the Maschsee. Then the end of the war at Schützenplatz.

Among the flashing vehicles, VW Bullis: Beetles, scooters and other cars were also admired by thousands of visitors on Saturday – a beautiful ray of light in such dreary times. (jko)
