The schoolgirls who beat a pensioner to death in the village of Oktyabrsky, Vaninsky District, Khabarovsk Territory, grew up in normal families. This became known to the children’s ombudsman of the region Victoria Tregubenko, reports RIA News…
“If we talk about well-being, everything is relative – there is a roof over your head, water flows from the tap, there is heating. I will not make assessments yet … What can parents say now, of course, they are in shock, everything is now divided into before and after, “said Tregubenko.
She added that she also visited the girls’ schools. A psychologist worked with them, many spoke of Russian schoolgirls as ordinary children, the ombudsman said.
Tregubenko believes that it is important to work not with the consequences, but with the root causes of changes in the child. According to her, many children, their parents and teaching staff need psychological support.
“Delay in social networks, there is a lot of communication in the network, less communication in reality. Children begin to withdraw into themselves. This should never be allowed, ”said the Ombudsman.
The regional prosecutor’s office reported that the Russian schoolgirls were not on special registration.
