The United Russia party is in favor of issuing certificates to people who have had a coronavirus infection without an official diagnosis, reports Kommersant with reference to informed sources.
As the newspaper writes, after analyzing the appeals of citizens, “ER” is ready to support the provision of certificates to Russians who have suffered the disease asymptomatically or without a diagnosis. In addition, this batch is offering vaccination against COVID-19.
At the same time, Kommersant’s sources emphasized that “United Country” remains committed to its position on vaccination as the only method of combating the pandemic, according to the party, the bills under consideration need to be worked out in detail in order to minimize the difficulties and inconveniences for Russians.
Earlier it became known that the Ministry of Transport of Russia made a decision on finalization certain provisions of the bill on the QR code in transport.
