Debrecen – Cheerfulness and drama: the young dancers from Debrecen also showed why they bring home so many medals from every competition.

It is already a tradition at the Feeling Dance and Cheerleaders Association to present in December as a sort of summary what they have put together in a given calendar year. This was also the case now, as the current pandemic situation, with the appropriate precautionary measures in place, allowed the audience to sit in the audience in the audience of VOKE to be part of the “final accounts”.

The assembled were greeted by Diana the Great. The deputy mayor praised Feeling’s unprecedented success and added that he can safely say that he can entrust the child to the “Feeling family” with a calm heart, he is sure to take great care of them wherever they go.

Whoever came was not disappointed in the sight and the mood. Because he got a good two hours of spinning without a momentary stop, moving on the widest range of emotions and moods.

And seeing the productions, an outsider might have wondered what an amazing amount of work there is in these few-minute performances. And here we have to think not only of the young dancers and their teachers, but also of the parents: no one could tell how many hours of free time it took to get all the supplies and put on the tens of thousands of little decorations and beads on every dress.

Szofi Bezzeg Takács is not, he has a serious routine by the age of six, it is impossible to imagine what he will know in ten or twenty years, if he is already in it today.

In addition to the little cheerfulness, the big ones put emotional moments under this imaginary pine tree. For example, Boda Bianka, who summoned Amy Winehouse with touching suggestiveness, or Feeling’s other big success, Judit Szilágyi, whose butterfly was a wonderful performance. But the Prada group put the crown on the evening: the drama of the coronavirus epidemic was shown with astonishing force. Next week, Dabason will see if the performance wins the Choreography of the Year award.

The end of the evening then became cloudless fools: the association’s dance teachers performed amidst the children’s huge cheers. Because it’s still a pleasure to dance …
