The head of the “Sober Russia” project, State Duma deputy Sultan Khamzaev, a special fine for smoking next to a pregnant woman or a minor. With such a request, the parliamentarian turned to the head of the Ministry of Health Mikhail Murashko, writes RT.
The deputy, in his address to Murashko, recalled that now in Russia there is a ban on smoking in certain territories, for which there is a fine of 500 to 1.5 thousand rubles; on the playground – from two to three thousand rubles. Similar volumes of the new function of correction in the edition of the Code of Administrative Offenses (CAO) of Russia.
Khamzaeval punished Russians for smoking near pregnant women or children in order to preserve their health and protect negative people from exposure to tobacco smoke. The MP said that in some countries there are already similar measures that involve an increase in the fine.
“In this regard, I ask you to assess the feasibility of including the future edition in the draft,” – admission deputy.
Earlier in the Ministry of Health listed the consequences of smoking at an early age. A bad habit leads to the development of chronic diseases of the lungs and cardiovascular system.
