Ordered a new casing as a preventive measure. Saturday around noon, a new cut occurred. was signaled. Idex was once again on call the same afternoon. Unfortunately, while awaiting receipt of the defective part, the installation was not able to restart “

“From Monday morning, the Patrimony customer manager contacted Idex in order to take stock of the situation and kept informed tenants having contacted the on-call duty or the agency while awaiting concrete information, namely receipt of the material. As soon as Idex confirms today the receipt of the part and their intervention, a general SMS was sent to all tenants at noon. The intervention is over and everything is back on track ”.
