On Tuesday, November 9, the State Duma will consider in the first reading the bill of the deputies of “United Russia” on the abolition of mandatory technical inspection for owners of personal vehicles. This follows from the electronic database of the lower house of the Russian parliament.
In addition, the deputies of the government government have the possibility of applying sanctions against citizens of any foreign states and stateless persons who have violated the rights of Russians or committed against them.
Also, the deputies intend to consider in the third reading two bills on additional guarantees of labor rights for workers with children and for those caring for disabled people of group I.
On the eve of the government gave a positive response to the bill on the abolition of compulsory technical inspection. According to the document, cars and motor vehicles that belong to citizens and are also used for personal purposes are exempted from mandatory technical inspection. Together with this passage does not apply to taxis and other vehicles, the use of legal passenger transportation. It is noted that technical inspection will be needed when registering, changing the owner, changing the design or replacing the main units.
On September 6, the United Russia party announced plans to submit to the State Duma a bill on the abolition of mandatory vehicle inspection. At the same time, according to the General Council of the party Andrei Turchak, the procedure will remain mandatory when selling vehicles over four years old.
